In Redditch we have FORGE MILL MUSEUM which is dedicated to the history of NEEDLE MAKING and FISHING TACKLE industry for which the area is famous. They have a historian called Joanne whom I visited and she looked up manufacturers
and there was a THOMAS BENNETT who had been extracted from the Trade
Directories for 1868. There was also a GIBBS. I'll check all the Trade
Directories in Redditch Library when I get a minute.
